Because our products are limited, handmade, or printed to order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Send a clear photo and short explanation to [Insert Email or DM].

We will review the case and offer a replacement or partial refund (based on available stock and severity of issue).


3. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will help you track your package and provide assistance where possible.

For lost packages, please contact the shipping provider directly. We can help provide shipping info or tracking confirmation.

4. International Orders

Please note that international shipping may take longerdepending on destination and customs clearance.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged upon delivery.

We are unable to refund or replace items delayed or held by customs.

5. Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated timeline provided at purchase.

Please note that production or fulfillment delays may occur, and we will update you via email or DM if there are changes.

Preorders are non-refundable, except in cases of production error or item damage upon arrival.

6. Custom Orders

All custom or personalized items are final and not eligible for return or refund, unless the product arrives with a production error or is damaged in transit.
